In the summer, approximately from June 15 to August 15, I live on the island and don't have daily access to computer stuff. You may call me at 207-526-4350 to expedite things. When we agree on a house and a date, I will need your address in order to send you a contract, directions to your rental and the ferry schedule. You will need to return a signed and initialed contract along with complete payment. Payment includes the rental fee plus 7% sales tax in one check and a second security check dated for your arrival date The security check is stapled to my copy of your contract and hopefully returned to you intact.

Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation occurs 12 weeks prior to your vacation date, you will be refunded your rental fee, minus 17%. If your cancellation occurs with the 12 week period, I will try to sublease your house. If I am successful, you will get the rental fee, minus 22%. If no one can be found, you will forfeit your rental fee. In any case, your security deposit will be returned to you.
